The process is short on purpose. Here is what happens at each stage, and what we do before a contractor ever sees your project.

You describe the project
Two minutes of questions written for the specific trade, not a generic contact form. Your answers are what a contractor would ask on a first phone call anyway.

We match against the network
We look at trade, ZIP code, current availability, and whether the pro has done this exact type of work before. If nobody in range fits, we tell you rather than sending a poor match.

Up to three pros reach out
Three is the cap, deliberately. Enough to compare honestly, few enough that your phone stays usable.

You compare and choose
Any contract is between you and the contractor. We are not a party to the work, the payment, or the warranty.
Screening
What we check before a pro joins.
Screening is a condition of membership, not a one-time badge. Pros who fall out of compliance stop receiving projects.
