The service
Trust Home Services is a referral service. We connect homeowners with independent contractors and do not perform work ourselves. We introduce homeowners to independent contractors and are not a party to any agreement, contract, or payment between them.
No warranty on contractor work
We screen contractors before admitting them to the network, but we do not supervise, inspect, or guarantee the work performed. Any warranty is provided by the contractor.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to have authority over the property you are requesting work on, and to evaluate quotes and contracts independently before signing.
Communications
By submitting a request you consent to be contacted by us and by matched contractors at the details you provide, as described at submission and in the Privacy Policy.
No fees for homeowners
Requesting and receiving quotes is free. Contractors pay for participation in the network.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trust Home Services is not liable for the acts, omissions, workmanship, or contractual performance of any contractor introduced through the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
