What we collect
When you request quotes we collect the project details you enter, your ZIP code, your name, email address, phone number, and — for larger projects — your street address. We also record the page you started from and any campaign parameters in the link you followed.
How we use it
We use your information to match your project to contractors in our network, to pass your request to those contractors, and to follow up about the request itself. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Who receives it
Up to three matched contractors receive your project details and contact information so they can quote the work. Service providers who operate our infrastructure process data on our behalf under contract.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information to third-party marketers, and we do not share it with contractors outside the match for your specific project.
Contact preferences
Matched contractors may call or text you at the number you provide, including by automated means, based on the consent you give at submission. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us or asking the contractor directly to stop.
Retention
We retain lead records for as long as needed to operate the referral service and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your information. Email hello@trusthomeservices.co and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will post the updated version here with a revised effective date.
